To counteract and alleviate the pressures that healthcare professionals like yourself experience, we have developed AIMIcare, an app for compassion-based rejuvenation based in mindfulness. It is designed to help you move beyond empathy to compassion, thereby reducing and preventing burnout. It will help you cope with suffering, both others and your own, much better. Emotional hygiene lessons will help you transform anger into tolerance; jealousy into appreciation; and arrogance into humility. Most importantly, the app will help you take better care of yourself, allowing you to flourish and love practicing medicine again.

AIMIcare consists of a vast collection of insights, guiding you to wellbeing. Meditations adapted to your professional and personal needs add depth. Our multimedia content guides you to through emotional hygiene to a more positive outlook in your day-to-day work as a healthcare professional. To deepen our interconnectedness, we have added a Circles section. There you can share stories and support each other, building a positive peer-to-peer community fostering teamwork.

Rejuvenation, overcoming mental hurdles, and reconnecting with the initial motivation of helping others is what you will learn and start to put into practice.
